Shipping Policy

 

Stockfar ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://stockfar.com) By placing an order through Stockfar website, that means you are agreeing to our term and condition. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

 

1.     General

Depending on inventory. Although we make every effort to keep our website's stock counts accurate, there may occasionally be a disparity in stock, making it impossible for us to fulfill all your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you the products that are in stock and get in touch with you to ask if you would rather wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would rather, we issue a refund.

 

2.     Shipping Costs

The weight, size, and destination of the products in the order are used to determine shipping charges during the checkout process. Shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase.

This amount will serve as the customer's ultimate delivery fee.

3.     Returns

Return for a Mind-Shifting

If a customer changes their mind after receiving an item, Stockfar will gladly accept returns if the request is made within three days of receiving the product and the returned item is unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipment and arranging their own shipping.

Refunds are granted as store credit for a future purchase if returns are received and approved. We'll send you an email as soon as this is finished to let you know.

(Stockfar) will reimburse the cost of the returned items, but NOT the cost of any shipping charges.

4.     Warranty Returns

If a claim is made within 10 days after receiving the goods, Stockfar will gladly meet any legitimate warranty requests.

Consumers will be expected to cover the cost of return shipping; however, we will refund you when a warranty claim is approved.

You may anticipate Stockfar to handle your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the returned goods for your warranty claim.

You will have the option of receiving one of the following if your warranty claim is verified:

a)     refund to your payment method

b)     refund in store credit

c)     replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


5.     Delivery Terms

a)     Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

b)    Transit time Internationally

Orders that are delivered overseas typically take 4 to 22 days to arrive. Depending on the courier you've chosen, this varies considerably. When you choose your courier at checkout, we may provide a more precise estimate.

6.     Dispatch Time

Orders are typically sent out 7 to 14 business days after payment has been received. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, except for national holidays, when it is closed. We act in these situations to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimal.



7.     Change Of Delivery Address

Before the purchase has been sent, we may update the address for requests for delivery address changes at any time.

8.     P.O. Box Shipping

Stockfar will only use postal services to send to P.O. box addresses. To these places, we are unable to provide courier services.

9.     Military Address Shipping

Military addresses may get packages from us through USPS. This service cannot be provided via courier services.

 

10.  Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will hold off on shipping your purchase until it becomes available. As we wait for this item, the current products on the order will be reserved.


11.  Delivery Time Exceeded

Please get in touch with us if the delivery time was longer than expected so that we can look into it.

12.  Tracking Notifications

Customers will get a tracking link after dispatch, which they may use to trace the status of their package based on the most recent information made available by the shipping company.

13.  Parcels Damaged in Transit

If at all feasible, please refuse the delivery of a damaged package from the courier and contact our customer care. Please get in touch with customer care for the following steps if the package has been delivered without you being there.


14.  Duties & Taxes

a)     Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

b)     Import Duties & Taxes

It may be necessary to pay import charges and taxes for foreign shipping. Customers have the option of prepaying these customs and taxes via Stockfar or paying them individually once they arrive in their destination country. Stockfar precalculated these prices, displays them at checkout, and gives consumers this alternative. Customers are urged by Stockfar to pay duties and taxes in advance since doing so would enable a quicker delivery time as they are less likely to have delays at customs in their destination country.

The items will be returned to Stockfar at the expense of the client and the customer will get a refund for the goods bought, less the cost of the return shipment, if you refuse to pay customs and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. The first delivery fee won't be reimbursed.

15.  Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your purchase before receiving it, you may do so at any time prior to the goods being sent out. If an order has already been sent, please review our return policy.

16.  Insurance

Package insurance covers loss and damage up to the courier-specified value.


17.  Process for parcel damaged in-transit.

Upon completion of the courier's inquiry into the claim, we will initiate the processing of a refund or replacement.

18.  Process for parcel lost in-transit.

After the courier has completed an investigation and determined that the package is missing, we will begin processing a refund or replacement.
